Marple Dale provides high quality 24-hour nursing care for older people with a wide variety of conditions and frailties. We also provide specialist care for younger people who are physically disabled and those with acquired brain injury or learning difficulties, in units designed to provide as much help as possible.

We have well-kept grounds and are situated in 34 acres of magnificent Cheshire countryside with varied walks, but we are close to the thriving community of Marple and within easy reach of Stockport, Manchester and Altrincham.

We base our approach to supporting residents on personalised care plans, involving the individual and their families in the process as much as possible. This gives us a solid base for planning activities, for which we have a specialist activity coordinator, supported by all staff. Activities include baking, gardening, exercises reminiscence work, quizzes, trips out, pet visits and theme days.

We think there’s no better way to get to know a home than to visit, however. Why not call us or drop in to see what we can do to help?

Life at our home is composed of many key elements, not least of all, a dedicated team who strive to deliver high quality care, exciting activities and delicious food for the individuals we support. These services are enhanced by our excellent facilities, which serve to make residents’ time here as comfortable as possible.
